National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX) is a commodity derivatives exchange in India. It was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in Mumbai, India. NCDEX provides an electronic platform for trading, clearing, and settlement of commodity futures contracts across a wide range of commodities, including agricultural products, metals, energy, and other commodities.

The exchange aims to facilitate transparent price discovery, efficient risk management, and facilitate participation of farmers, traders, processors, and other stakeholders in the commodity value chain. NCDEX has a pan-India presence with over 500 registered members and over 2,000 trading terminals.

The exchange has received several awards for its performance and services, including the "Best Commodity Exchange" award at the National Awards for Excellence in Commodities & Derivatives in 2020.

National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX) is a professionally managed on-line multi-commodity exchange.

NCDEX is the only commodity exchange in the country promoted by national level institutions.

NCDEX is a nation-level, technology driven de-mutualised on-line commodity exchange with an independent Board of Directors and professional management.

NCDEX is located in Mumbai and offers facilities to its members about 550 centres throughout India. The reach will gradually be expanded to more centres. NCDEX currently facilitates trading of 57 commodities.
