dry Keralite dish , made of vegetables like pea, beans, unripe
jackfruit, carrot, bitter gourd or cabbage with grated coconut.
It is usually served as part of the
Sadhya and also is a part of daily menu in Kerala homes. Thoran is
served with rice along with other dishes.
