National Transportation Planning and Research Centre
National Transportation Planning and Research Centre (NATPAC) is a Division of Kerala State Electronics Development Corporation (KELTRON), a Public Sector Enterprise under the Government of Kerala.
The Centre is undertaking research and consultancy works in the fields of traffic engineering and transportation planning, highway engineering, public transport system, inland water transport, tourism planning, rural roads, environmental impact assessment and transport energy .
NATPAC has undertaken studies for almost all the states in India and all the Block Panchayats and Districts within Kerala State. In recognition of its expertise the following international, national and state government agencies have empanelled NATPAC as consultant to advise on various matters pertaining to highway planning and transport development, project formulation, planning and economic evaluation, and for other specific traffic and transportation problems.
