JaiHind TV
JaiHind TV is a Malayalam-language news and current affairs television channel based in Kerala, India. It was launched in 2007 and is owned by Bharat Broadcasting Network Ltd. The channel primarily focuses on news and current affairs, with a strong emphasis on social issues, politics, and culture.
JaiHind TV has a team of experienced journalists and reporters who provide in-depth coverage of regional, national, and international news. Its flagship news program, "News Hour", is one of the most popular news programs in Kerala. JaiHind TV is the first of regional Congress channel which will be launched in Kerala.
According to the party sources the channel will be broadcasting programmes like News and Interviews.
This channel is a part of the decision by Indian National Congress that the party is gearing up to launch its own TV news channels, in various states and languages in co-ordination with a group of pro-Congress NRI investors.
Apart from this Malayalam version, there are plans to launch Jai Hind, in Kannada and Hindi in the course of time.
