 Chenthuruni is a wild life sanctury situated 70 km away from Kollam. This sanctury is on Kollam-Shencotta Road. The Chenthuruni River flows through this wild life sanctury. Both shores of the river are thick dense forests where a large variety of fauna and flora exists. Thenmala Forest Division Head Quarters is located here. Ideal time to visit the sanctury is between March and July.
