Malampuzha is located 12 km away from Palakkad. A dam built in th Bharathapuzha, Snake Park, Rope way, Rock Garden, Aquarium, Sculpture of Yakshi etc are worth seeing. Kalpathi Ratholsavam, the annual chariot festival at Viswanatha Temple is one of the important festivals in this region.
