Kendriya Vidyalaya, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram

Kendriya Vidyalaya, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram, one of the first generation institutions of its kind in our country under Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan , New Delhi was established in 1964.

The Vidyalaya imparts the light of knowledge to students up to 'All India Senior Certificate Examination' (Class XII) as per the CBSE syllabus.

It has been identified as a SMART SCHOOL in Kerala since 2002 and due to the incessant demands from the public, a two section second shift from class 1 to 12 was opened by the KVS during the session 2004-2005.

The performance of the Vidyalaya in sports and games, co-curricular activities, drawing and painting, scouting and guiding has been excellent.
