Astanga Yoga Mandiram - AYM is an international organization for yoga science.
The aim of the Institute is to provide education on yoga science (Astanga Yoga & Hatha Yoga) and spread the knowledge through out of the world.
AYM aims to provide classes on Yoga Asanas, Pranayama, Bandhas, Mudras, Kriyas, the regional language Malayalam, Sanskrit, Vedas and Upanishads.
AYM is right on the beach, close to the Light house and behind the hotel Maharaju palace.
