Chacha Nehru MuseumChacha Nehru Museum located at Thycaud in Thiruvananthapuram is meant for children. This museum was established in 1980 and is named after the first Prime Minister of India, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. He is known for his love for children. A large collection of Toys from various parts of the world is available here. There is a good number of stamps and masks on display in this museum. A mini aquarium and the first issue of children's literature in Malayalam are also exhibited here. Chacha Nehru Museum is set up in the model of Shankar's International Doll Museum in New Delhi. The museum is situated about 1 km north of Thiruvananthapuram Central Bus Station. Working hours : 10.00 am to 5.00 pm. Monday Holiday.
