Ingredients Brinjal : 3 Nos Cut into long pieces Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder : 1 tsp Salt: as to taste Oil : 1 tbsp Method Cut the brinjal into medium long pieces. Add salt, turmeric and red chilly powder to the brinjal pieces and mix well. Heat oil in a pan. Add the brinjal pieces and mix well. Saute in between and fry until golden brown colour.
