White Kidney Beans Curry

White Kidney Beans Curry : Goes well with Chapathis. This is an easy to make recipe. Ingredients White Kidney beans (Fresh) : 1 cup Onion : 1 cup Ginger Crushed : 1 tsp Garlic : 4 cloves Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder : 1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder : 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder : 1/2 tsp Coconut Milk : 2 tbsp Salt : as to taste Oil : 1 tbsp. Method Cook the white kidney beans in a pressure cooker for a whistle. Add a little oil into the kadai and saute Onion, ginger and garlic for two minutes. Let it cool. Then add this into a mixer along with all the powders and grind well. Heat rest of the oil in a pan, add the grounded mixture into the oil, and fry for some time. When oil starts separating, add some water and let it boil. Put the cooked beans and cook until gravy thickens. Pour the coconut milk and mix. Do not boil now. Keep away from heat. Serve hot with Chapathis.
