Vendakka Nirachathu

Vendakka Nirachathu - Easy to make dish for meals. Tastes very good. Ingredients Lady's Finger - 225g Dry Mango Powder - 1 tbsp Ginger, Cumin, Red Chilly Powder, Turmeric Powder grinded - 1/2 tsp each Salt - as to taste Oil - to fry Corn Flour - 2 tbsp Method Wash and dry the lady's fingers cutting both ends. Cut lengthwise in the middle only. Mix the grounded powders in oil and keep aside. After two hours, fill the powder paste in the lady's fingers. Add the corn flour into a plastic bag and put the lady's fingers to this bag and shake well so that the corn flour covers the vegetable fully. Fry them in oil and serve hot.
