Vazhakkai Chena Mezhukkupuratti

Vazhakkai Chena Mezhukkupuratti - Very tasty dish, can be served with hot boiled rice. Ingredients Raw Banana (Vazhakkai) - 2 Chena (Elephant Yam) - 1/4 kg Small Onions - 1/4 kg Salt - as to taste Coconut Oil - 2 tbsp Water - as required Method Cut the raw banana and elephant yam into small cubes and half cook them with small amount of water and salt. Chop the small onions. Heat oil in a pan. Add the small onions and fry for some time. Add the cooked vegetables to the fried onions and mix gently until dry.
