Kadai Paneer

Kadai Paneer - This is a very easy & tasty recipe. Serve this dish with naan or parathas. Ingredients Paneer - 500 gms Sliced Onion - 1 cup Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tablespoon Chopped Coriander - 1/2 cup Tomato puree - 3/4 cup Red Chilli powder - 1 tablespoon Garam masala - 1 tablespoon Oil as requried Salt as taste Method Cut a paneer and keep aside. Heat oil in khadhai add sliced onion, fry onion till golden brown in colour . Add ginger garlic paste stir and add tomato puree, cook for a few minutes. Add red chilli powder and salt, chopped coriander. Mix well. Add 1/2 cup of water. Add paneer cook until paneer is cooked and gravy will thick.
