Cheera Moru Curry

Cheera Moru Curry - Very healthy and tasty Moru Curry, goes well with Rice. Ingredients 1. Green Cheera leaves and stem chopped - 1 cup 2. Raw Mango - 2 3. Ash Gourd - 1 small 4. Curd - 1/2 cup 5. Grated Coconut - 1/2 6. Cumin Seeds (jeerakam) - 1 tsp 7. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp 8. Red Chilly Powder - 1 tsp 9. Coconut Oil - 2 tsp 10. Mustard seeds - 1 tsp 11.Dry Red Chillies - 4 12. Curry leaves - 1 stem 13. Salt - as required Method Grind the coconut and jeerakam to a fine paste. Cook the ash gourd and raw mango along with turmeric powder, chilly powder and water. When they are cooked to the extent that they can be mashed with a spoon, add salt and curd. Add the coconut paste when the curd starts to have foam. When it is boiled, add the cheera. After the leaves are cooked, remove from fire. Splutter the 10th to 12th ingredients in coconut oil and add to the curry.
