Ingredients
Carrots - 3 Medium sized
Onion sliced - 1 cup
Green chilies - 3 sliced
Shredded coconut - 1/2 cup
Ginger - 1" piece
salt - to taste
Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Gram daal - 1/8 tsp
Dry red chilies - 2
Sliced shallots - 1/2 tbsp
