Tomato Coriander Chutney

Tomato Coriander Chutney is a tasty chutney preparation which goes well with Idli and Dosa. Ingredients Tomato - 2 Coriander Leaves - 1 bunch Garlic - 2 cloves Ginger - 1'' piece Coconut Oil - 1/2 tsp Salt - to taste Method Heat oil in a pan. Add the chopped tomatoes and saute for some time. When it is almost cooked, add the coriander leaves and cook for some more time with salt. When the mixture is cooled, grind it in a mixer to make chutney.
