Carrot Chutney

Carrot Chutney - Good for health, a good accompaniment with rice or dosa. Ingredients Carrot - 3 cut into pieces Grated Coconut - 1 cup Dry Red chilly - 2 Ginger - a small piece Curry leaves - 2-3 leaves Salt to taste Method Grind all the ingredients above to a chutney form with very little water. This chammanthi is very tasty and can be served with Rice and Dosa.
