Spicy Fish Fry

Spicy Fish fry is a very delicious recipe. Any type of fish can be used for frying. Ingredients Fish fillets - 1/2 kg Chilly Powder - 1 1/2 tsp Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds - 1/8 tsp Small Onion (Button Onion) - 18 nos Ginger - a small piece Garlic pods - 6 nos Salt - as required Oil for frying Method Clean the fish fillets and gash closely. Grind together chilly, garlic, ginger, onion, pepper and mustard along with salt. Rub the ground masala onto the fish and marinate for a while. Pour small quantities of oil at a time in a heavy skillet. Fry the fish on both sides over a low fire.
