Lemon Pudding

Lemon Pudding - Tasty, different pudding recipe from Vanitha. This pudding can be served pouring caramel syrup and decorated with a lemon piece. Ingredients Lemon Juice - 3 tbsp Lemon Skin scrapped - 1/2 tsp Egg Beaten - 2 Cold Milk - 1 cup Maida - 1 1/2 tbsp Sugar - 6 tbsp Butter - 1 tsp Method Grease a round shaped bowl with butter. Mix the ingredient 1 to 6 thoroughly. There should not be any lumps in the batter. Pour the batter into the buttered bowl. Place this bowl in another closed vessel. Pour some water into the Appachempu and place a base and the pudding vessel inside that and cook like you do for idlis and adas for half an hour. Take off from the fire and serve with caramel syrup. For Caramel Syrup: Sugar - 1 cup Warm Water - 1/2 cup Place a vessel on the stove and add sugar to it and stir continuously till brown. Add the water to this and boil for some more time until the syrup thickens. This syrup can be poured on the pudding and serve.
