Ragi Idiyappam

Ragi Idiappam - Calcium rich Idiappam recipe. Very soft and tasty. Ingredients Ragi Powder - 2 cups Rice Flour - 1/4 cups Water - 2 cups Salt to taste Oil - 2 tbsp Method Boil the second ingredients. Add the flours to this and mix thoroughly without forming lumps. Use Sevanazhi (Sev press) to sqeeze the dough to make Idiappam. Cook on steam until done.
