Spring Onion Masala is a
good combination with Chappathis or Rotis.

Ingredients:
Spring Onion - 1/4 cup
Tomato - 1
Pudina (Mint) leaves - 3-4 nos
Coriander leaves - 2-3 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste - 2 tsp
Salt - as required
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Oil - 2 tsp

Method:
Heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic
paste and fry for some time.
Add the powders
and fry for some time.
Add Tomato to this and mix well. Add
spring Onions cut thinly.
Add Mint and Coriander leaves with these
and cook covered.
Add salt and a saute for some more time
until the curry thickens.
