Tomato Coriander Chutney is a tasty chutney preparation which goes well with Idli and Dosa.
Ingredients:
Tomato - 2 Coriander Leaves - 1 bunch
Garlic - 2 cloves Ginger - 1'' piece Coconut Oil - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Heat oil in a pan. Add the chopped tomatoes and sauté for some time.
When it is almost cooked, add the coriander leaves and cook for some more time with salt.
When the mixture is cooled, grind it in a mixer to make chutney.
