| Spicy Fish fry is
a very delicious recipe. Any type of fish can be
used for frying.

Ingredients:
Fish fillets - 1/2 kg
Chilly Powder - 1
1/2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/8 tsp
Small Onion (Button Onion) - 18 nos
Ginger - a small piece
Garlic pods - 6 nos
Salt - as required
Oil for frying |

Method:
Clean the fish fillets and gash closely.
Grind together chilly, garlic, ginger,
onion, pepper and mustard along with salt.
Rub the ground masala onto the fish and
marinate for a while.
Pour small quantities of oil at a time in
a heavy skillet.
Fry the fish on both sides over a low
fire.
