| Fish fry is loved by every one and is very tasty. Any type of fish can be
used for frying.

Ingredients:
Fish fillets - 4
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Ginger - a small piece
Garlic - 2-3 flakes
Small Onion - 2 flakes
Salt - as required
Oil for frying |

Method:
Clean the fish fillets.
Grind together all other ingredients,
except oil, into a fine paste.
Apply this paste on the fish fillets and
keep them for 2 hours.
Pour Oil in a pan and fry the fish
fillets in the oil until done.
Garnish with thinly sliced onion.
