Method:
Mix the rice flour, maida flour, and
rava with salt and water and make a batter like Dosa batter.
Keep it for two hours.
Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard
seeds and cumin seeds.
Saute Green Chilly, Ginger, Curry
Leaves, Coriander Leaves and Small Onion.
Mix this into the batter and make
dosas. |
