Ragi Idiappam - Calcium rich Idiappam recipe. Very soft and tasty.
Ingredients:
1. Ragi Powder - 2 cups Rice Flour - 1/4 cups 2. Water - 2 cups Salt to taste Oil - 2 tbsp
Boil the second ingredients.
Add the flours to this and mix thoroughly without forming lumps.
Use 'Sevanazhi' (Sev press) to sqeeze the dough to make Idiappam.
Cook on steam until done.
