Mummy and Me is a story about the relationship between a mother and a teenage daughter. Mukesh dons the lead role in the film, while Kunchacko Boban, Urvashi, and Archana Kavi does the other roles. Suresh Gopi plays a cameo role in the movie.

Archana Kavi plays the role of the daughter 'Jewel' who has a very modern outlook while Urvasi is her mother Clara, who can not always accept all her ideas. Mukesh plays the role of the dad, Thomachan, who becomes tensed when a problem arises between the mother and the daughter.
