While making blockbusters for big screen, Yash Raj Films has launched five television shows which took off from January 1 on Sony Entertainment Television.

Yash Raj Films will offer four fiction and one non-fiction show. YRF TV is expected to bring high quality, contemporary content for Indian television viewers. They are spending around Rs 15 crore on promotions.
The shows are
1) Lift Kara De : This reality show is hosted by directors and talk show host Karan Johar. Each week will feature one Super Star and their biggest fan. Lift Kara De is telecasted every Friday and Saturday at 8pm on Sony. The reality show will commence with Shah Rukh Khan, followed by Amitabh Bachchan, Kajol, Hrithik Roshan, Kareena Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra et al.

2) Mahi Way : The story of a young girl Mahi

3) Rishta.Com

4) SEVEN : Inspired by mythology.

5) Powder: 2 Men on battle for supremacy. Set against the narcotic trade in Mumbai.
