Veallripravinte Changathi is the upcoming movie from Dileep - Akku Akbar team. Kavya Madhavan play the heroine in this flick. The film was titled as 'Ithano Valya Kaaryam' but was later renamed to Vellaripravinte Changathi.

The movie is produced by Arun Ghosh and Shijoy under the banner Chandvi Creations. Scripted by GS Anil, Vellaripravinte Changathi has music by Mohan Sithara for the lyrics of Vayalar SarathChandra Varma.

Vellaripravinte Changathi is set in the background of 1960s, when Malayalam Cinema was dominated by Evergreen hero Prem Nazir, Sathyan and Madhu. Dileep play the role of Prem Nazir in this movie. He appears with a thin mustache as Prem Nair. Manoj K Jayan play the role of Sathyan in Vellaripravinte Changathi.

In the 1960's, Augustine Joseph, a director of the time, made a movie named 'Vellaripravinte Changathi', but it never made it to the screens. Lives of the actors associated with that film are told in this flick.

Indrajith, Vijayaraghavan, Sadiq, Mamukoya, Zeenat and Maniyanpillai Raju are also in the cast. Vipin Mohan and Sameer Haq handles the camera.

The movie is shot in Kochi, Kanyakumari and Pollachi. Vellaripravinte Chengathi is expected as the X'mas release of Dileep.
