Orange is produced by Ravi Banglore in the banner of Swaraj films. The story is about Yakobi who lost his parents in his childhood. He worked in a place called Kambam in a dairy farm.

Yakobi's lorry name is Orange. He loved a girl name Saritha and married her with out the knowledge of his sisters and relatives. Saritha gives birth to a baby girl Diya.

Yakobi visits his native place in between. On such a trip back to Kambam, he meets a man named Muthu on the way. Muthu is going to Kambam to attend an interview for a job in the dairy farm where Yakobi is working. But they are not able to make it in time. So Yakobi arranges a temporary job for Muthu.

The story makes a turn when Yakobi meets his old friend Babootan and invites him to his home.

Kalabhavan Mani plays the role of Yakobi, Biju Menon is Babootan, Newcomers Prakash Nath and Diya Babu dons the roles of Muthu and Diya. Lena dons the role of Saritha.

The shooting of the movie is progressing at Marayoor.
