Molly Aunty Rocks tells the story of Molly, who returns from America to a village in Kerala. She continues to follow the American lifestyle there also. She does all the unusual things for the villagers. A young man, Pranav, comes into the life of Molly. They work together, but she did not like him. The confrontation between Molly and Pranav is the theme of the film.

Revathi handles the character of Molly, while Prithviraj is doing the role of Pranav.
