Mammootty's upcoming movie Doubles is all set to start shooting this November. Nadiya Moithu who was a popular actress in the 80's is playing the role of Mammootty's twin sister in this movie. Model turned actress Tapsee Pannu plays the heroine of the movie.

Nadiya Moithu who acted in a number of good Malayalam and Tamil movies has earlier appeared as heroine to Mammootty in the movies like Poovinu Puthiya Poonthennal and Shyama. Both the actors were seen together in a number of movies. They come together again after two decades now, as siblings, Giri and Gauri.

Salimkumar, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Anoop Chandran and Biju Menon are the other prominent faces in the cast. The film’s cast also includes Kannada actors Avinash and Atul Kulkarni.

Doubles is directed by Sohan Sinulal while it is being produced by K.K. Narayandas under the banner Dreams on Wheels. James Vasanthan scores the music while P. Sukumar is the cameraman.
