The film Body Guard has completed shooting and is in post production stage. It has a lot of funny sequences and sentiment scenes and is expected to be a big hit.

Body Guard is about a young man who wants to be with the most mighty gang lord in the area, due to no particular reasons. When ever he thinks a man is powerful the protagonist sticks with him.

Later when a more powerful man comes he goes with the latter. As there is a threat for Nayanthara's father whom Dileep is working for, he has been assigned as a body guard for Nayanthara, who considers this an insult. She later falls in love with him.

The film has been in news for more than a year and had shooting for 90 days. Grape wine is the film went on production so long due to the date problem of beauty queen Nayanthara. The budget of the film has sky rocketed near to 7 crores due to this delay.

The film will break even only if it becomes a huge success. Actor Vijay has agreed to act in the remake of this film if this flick becomes a hit in Malayalam.

BG will reach theater this congested month having plenty of releases. The makers can't find enough theatres to release the movie. If it get pushed to January Dileep's other movie Aagathan will also be released at par.
