Director Priyanandanan's next flick is titled Bhaktajanangalude Sradhakku. Kavya Madhavan plays the leading role of Sumangala in this film. The movie's story is about the recent incidents involving the Godmen and the Swamis.

The story focuses on the Godmen worship and also the drinking habits of the Keralites. Jahangir Shams, an NRI, is the producer of this 1.5 crore budget film.

Irshad will be doing the leading role opposite Kavya in this flick. Jagathy Sreekumar, Indrans, Vanitha, Suraj Venjarammoodu, Sadiq, Bijukkuttan, Sreeraman, Lalu Alex and Nishanth Sagar are doing the supporting roles.

The film is based on a story by director Ranjith. Script is written by the new comer P. Manoj. Bhaktajanangalude Sradhakku will be a humorous story.

Priyanandan's latest release Sufi Paranja Katha was well received by critics.

Bhaktajanangalude Sradhakku has started its shooting at Palakkad, Madayippara and Payyannur and will reach theatres in January, 2011.
