Tomato Gravy is a good curry - can be used with Pulav and Biriyani.

Ingredients:
Tomatoes chopped - 4 to 5
Large onions chopped - 2
Garlic chopped - 6 Flakes
Ginger chopped - 1/2 inch Piece
Green chillies slit - 4
Coriander leaves chopped - A small bunch
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Cloves - 4
Cardomom - 1
Cinnamon - 1/2 inch Piece

Method:
Heat oil
and add cloves, cardomom and cinnamon.
Add onions, ginger, garlic, and fry till golden brown.
Add tomatoes, green chillies, chilli powder and turmeric.
Simmer until the gravy thickens, becomes a deep red and the oil
floats. |
