Soya Chunks Masala Fry -
Healthy Soya dish, good with Chappathis and Rotis.

Ingredients:
1. Soya Chunks cooked - 1 cup
2. Onion slit length-wise - 2
Oil - 1/4 cup
3. Red Chilly Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
Ginger crushed - 1/2
tsp
Garlic crushed -
1 tsp
4. Salt - as required
5. Tomato cut into big pieces - 2
Pepper Powder - 1/4
tsp
Cinnamon, cloves
grounded - 1 tsp
6. Curry Leaves - 2 springs

Method:
Heat oil in a pan and fry onions till
golden brown.
Add the third set of ingredients to this
and saute for some more time.
Mix the cooked soya chunks with 2 tbsp
water and salt and cook covered for 5 minutes along with the onions.
Add the tomatoes, pepper and the masala
powders to this and mix well.
Simmer the stove and fry the soya chunks
until dry and serve with Chappathis.
