Paneer Makhani -
Delicious side dish for Naan, Chappathi and all Indian breads.

Ingredients:
Paneer - 640g
Tomato - 800g
Cream - 100g
Butter - 50g
Green Chilly - 25g
Ginger - 25g
Fenugreek powder - 25g
Chilly powder - 20g
Coriader Leaves - 25g
Pepper Powder - 25g
Salt - as to taste
Ghee - 250g
Garam Masala Powder - 50g
Big Onion - 150g
Cashew Nuts Grinded - 1/2 cup |

Method:
Cook Tomato and Onion and grind them to
a paste.
Heat ghee and butter in a pan and saute
the ginger and the green chilly.
Add the tomato-onion paste and cook for
some more time.
Mix fenugreek powder, chilly powder,
garam masala powder and saute for some time.
Add the grinded cashew nut paste and
paneer cubes and cook for some more time.
Add the cream at the end and serve hot
with coriander leaves and butter as garnishings.
Goes well with Naan, Parota, and Pulav.
