Palak Paneer - Very
tasty and healthy dish commonly found on restaurant menu as side dish
for Chappathi or Naan.

Ingredients:
1. Palak - 2 bunch
2. Fenugreek leaves - a few
3. Tomato chopped - 1
4. Ginger - 1" piece
5. Garlic - 2 flakes
6. Green Chilly - 3
7. Big Onion chopped - 1
8. Salt - as to taste
9. Coriander Leaves - 1 tsp
10. Jeera (Cumin) Powder - 1/2 tsp
11. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
12. Chilly Powder - 1/2 tsp
13. Paneer - 200g
14. Oil - as required |

Method:
Clean the palak and fenugreek leaves.
Grind the first to sixth ingredients in a mixer.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer pieces and keep them aside.
Fry the onions in the same oil until golden brown.
Add the items from 8 to 12 and saute for some time.
When the raw smell disappears, add the paneer pieces and the palak
paste.
Cook for another 3-4 minutes and serve hot with Chappathi.
