Lady's Finger Fry - Can
be served with rice varieties as well as a snack.

Ingredients:
1. Lady's Finger sliced length wise (thin) - 200g
2. Chilly Powder - 1/2 tsp
Gram flour - 5 tbsp
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Salt - 3/4 tsp
3. Oil - 3 cups |

Method:
Spread the lady's finger slices in a
plate.
Mix the second set of ingredients into a
paste.
Marinate the lady's finger pieces with
the paste.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the pieces and
serve. |
