Gobi Adhraki - Cauliflower - Tomato Roast prepared using tomato and
ginger.

Ingredients:
Gobi (Cauliflower) flowers separated -
1/2 cup
Tomato sliced small - 1/4 cup
Big Onion chopped - 1/4 cup
Ginger chopped into long pieces - 1/4
cup
Garlic chopped - 3 flakes
Cumin (Jeera) seeds - 1 tsp
Green Chilly chopped - 3
Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves chopped - 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
Salt - as to taste
Sugar - 1 pinch
Oil - 40 ml
Cashew Nuts Grinded - 30g |

Method:
Cook the Cauliflower until done.
Heat oil in a pan and splutter cumin
seeds and saute
garlic, ginger, green chilly and the onion.
Add the tomato and saute for
some more time.
Add the grinded cashew nut paste and
the masala powders and saute for some time.
Add the cooked cauliflower and mix well.
Add salt and sugar.
Garnish with Coriander leaves and serve.
Goes well with Naan, Parota, and Pulav.
