Cheera Pachadi - Healthy
and tasty Pachadi using red cheera (spinach).
Ingredients:
Red Cheera chopped (both leaves and the stem) - 1 cup
Coconut grated - 1 cup
Curd - 2 tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Salt as to taste
Curry Leaves - 2 stems
Coconut Oil - 2 tsp
Green Chilly - 1

Method:
Grind the coconut into a fine paste.
Ground the mustard seeds and mix it well with the coconut paste.
Heat oil in a pan and fry curry
leaves and green chilly. Add
the coconut mixture to this and boil.
Add the chopped spinach to this cook adding salt.
Add the curd and mix. Keep from the stove after adding curd. |
