Beans Mezhukkupuratti

Beans Mezhukkupuratti - Cooked and fried beans. Serve with rice and curd or any other gravy. Ingredients Beans - 250 gm Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Salt - As reqd Green chillies - 2 nos Coconut oil - 2 tbsp Mustard seeds - A pinch Curry leaves - 1 stalk Method Cut beans into small pieces. Cook them along with turmeric powder and salt, until half done. Heat the coconut oil in a kadai or a pan. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves. When it starts to splutter, add the half cooked long beans and chillies and simmer, until it turn dry.
