Soup is a liquid food made by combining many ingredients like
vegetables, meat in stock or hot water. They are very good for
health and should be used as a meal itself. There are different type
of soups in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian categories.
From the low calorie tomato soup to the most filling, rich creamy
soups, they are an enjoyment to all. Soups can be supplemented with
buttered breads or rolls.
Soups are an all-time favorites of all diet seekers. Traditionally,
soups are classified into two broad groups: clear soups and thick
