| Onion Bhaji is a very common and tasty snack and is used all over India.

Bengal gram flour - 100g

Rice Flour - 25 g

Vanaspati - 25g

Big Onion - 1/4 kg

Green Chilly - 5

Garlic - 8 flakes
- Salt - for taste

Coriander leaves - a bunch

Curry Leaves - 2 stems

Jeera (Cumin) - 1 tsp

Soda Powder - 2 pinch
- Oil - 1 cup

Method:
Cut onions into small slices. Cut the
green chilly, coriander leaves and curry leaves also into small
pieces.
Grind the jeera and crush garlic
flakes.
Mix all the ingredients and heat oil
in a pan.
Pour the batter little by little to
the oil and fry for sometime.
Serve hot with tomato sauce.
