| Rava Vada is a crispy and tasty vegetarian snack. It is a very easy
preparation.

Ingredients:
Rava - 1 cup
Curd - 1/2 cup
Water - 1/2 cup

Potato Boiled and mashed - 1 cup

Big Onion sliced - 1

Green Chilly paste - from 2 chilly
Ginger paste - 1" piece

Pepper Powder - 1 tsp

Coriander Powder - 2 tbsp

Salt to taste

Soda Powder - 1/2 tsp

Oil for frying

Method:
Mix the rava with curd and water.
Mix all other ingredients excluding
oil. Add spoonful of the batter
to the hot oil to make vada and fry till crisp.
Serve hot with chutney. |
