Masala Bread Fry - Bread fried in oil after dipping in flour batter.

Bengal gram flour - 1/2 cup
Maida - 1 tsp
Red Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tbsp
Salt - for taste
Bread sliced into 2" pieces
- 16 pieces.
Oil - for frying

Method:
Mix bengal gram flour, maida, red
chilly powder, masala powder, and salt with water to make a paste.
Keep it for 15 minutes.
Dip the bread pieces in the batter
and fry it in the oil.
Serve hot with tomato sauce.
