Ethappazham Pan Cake is a sweet roll made of banana and coconut fillings.

Ingredients:
For Pan Cake:
Maida - 50g
Cornflour - 50g
Egg - 2
Milk - 2 tbsp
For Filling:
Ethappazham (Ripe Nenthrakkaya) sliced - 3/4 cup
Coconut shredded - 1/4 cup
Cardamom Powder - 1 pinch
Sugar - 1 tsp. |

Method:
Mix the ingredients for Pan cake to a
batter.
Greese the dosa pan with oil and pour
laddle full of the batter and spread it to a dosa.
Mix the ingredients for the fillings and
keep aside.
Keep the filling in the pan cakes and
roll them to make a cylinder.
Serve with coconut milk or honey or dates
syrup.
