Easy Sandwich - It is very tasty and healthy too. Ingredients Bread slices - 2 nos Butter - 1/2 tbsp Salad cucumber (cut into roundels) pieces - 4 nos Onion pieces (round) - 4 nos Tomato pieces (round) - 3 nos Carrot pieces (cut into small) - 4 nos Method Spread butter on a bread slice. Place the vegetables one by one on top. Place the other bread slice on top. Press it together with your hands to make it firm. Cut it into a triangle shape. Serve with tomato sauce.
