Vegetable Salads -> Tomato Onion Raita    

 

Tomato Onion Raita is used widely along with Biriyani and also Indian breads like Chappathi.

Ingredients:

 

Tomato - 2

Onion - 2

Chillies - 2

Thick Curd - 1 cup

Salt - as required

 

 

Method:

 

Cut tomatoes and onions into small slices.

 

Cut green chillies into small pieces.

 

Mix the curd into the vegetables along with salt and mix well..

 

Allow it stand covered for 5 minutes.
